Family 1st Travelers is not responsible for a third party’s failure to perform, breach of contract, or any act or omission—whether negligent or intentional—that results in loss, injury, delay, damage, or inconvenience to you, your travel companions, or property.
We do not guarantee reservations, availability, timeliness, employee conduct, performance of scheduled flights, cruises, tours, hotel accommodations, or rental vehicles. Upon receipt of payment, third-party suppliers accept passengers subject to their own terms and conditions.
You acknowledge and agree that any liability of Family 1st Travelers for damages arising from loss or damage to property, bodily injury, death, or any other claim shall be limited to the gross amount paid by you.
In no event shall Family 1st Travelers be liable for any special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the negligence, gross negligence, breach of contract, fraud, or other acts of Family 1st Travelers or any third party.
You further agree to waive any claims for damages against Family 1st Travelers that are otherwise covered by insurance and agree that no insurance company or other third party shall be entitled to assert any claim against Family 1st Travelers by subrogation, assignment, or otherwise.
Confirmations and Entire Agreement
After purchase, a confirmation will be emailed within seventy-two (72) hours. Receipt of this confirmation constitutes your acknowledgment that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
This confirmation represents the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior communications, confirmations, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the transaction. No oral statements, promises, or inducements inconsistent with this agreement shall be valid.
This agreement may only be modified, waived, or amended by a new written confirmation issued by Family 1st Travelers and emailed to the passenger of record within forty-eight (48) hours of any agreed-upon change.
